Pronounced just as it looks, traditional Bavarian style wheat ale. Unfiltered with hints of banana, bubblegum, coriander and clove.
Our Hefe-Weizen is brewed with a special strain of yeast from
the Weihenstephaner brewery in Freising, Germany dating back to 1040
ad. Sometimes served with a lemon slice, and that's ok.
